Dear Sir/Madam,
When i was in abroad there is a property in trichy purchased through my father name. To purchase the property entire/ complete money earned from myself and this is known to all my family members. Even entire village people know about the source who is earned the money. Infact my father asked me with whom name wants to register the property and that time i am not sure how to register the property in my name since i was in abroad. I told to register with my father name.
I can produce all my bank transaction which was designated to my father to withdraw money from my account.
What are the option available for me to claim that property without distributing to my brother and sister.
