I am about to purchase a flat in resale in pune, I would like to know that for bank purpose is it OK if I go for Draft Deed or do I need to go for Agreement to Sale, as I have heard that I need to pay more if I go for Agreement to sale. The main purpose of both the documents is to give some proof to the bank and let them know about my transaction with the seller so which document should I go for. I would also like to know about the legal procedure to go for the same and if there is any lawyer who can help me out in pune that would be great.
