Different state love marriage

Hi,

i am 26 years old from UP, & she is 23 years old from Punjab. where we can get marriage in punjab or UP. Is any problem will come because of different state. should we apply for protection if yes so which court we can apply? she have punjab domicile letter, i have UP.

its not a state problem, you can marriage any state, but you must register your marriage in any state with proof

first we go for marriage from arya samaj mandir (Kanpur-UP) then go for register it at my district Kanpur court in UP. should we apply for register marriage at same city(state) where we do marriage at temple. After this can her parents take any action by police against me or her? Is this process is sufficient or we should apply at highcourt for protection?
