We have an apartment in Purva Swanlake, kelambakkam, Chennai.
The apartment is facing a crematorum/grave yard.
The view is highlighted more from balcony and bedroom area.Our apartment is in 5th floor.
We are facing difficulties in getting a tenant due to this issue.
Kindly suggest on how to go about this.
