Need your help in understanding the validity of the appointment order/ relieving order signed digitally by affixing DSC of an authorised person. Can a compay issue an appointment order/ relieving order which is digitally signed? Will the next company the employee is joining will accept such relieving order? Lastly, what are the provisions under IT Act 2000 in this regard?
