The term Disciplinary Authority is generally used in Govt circle only. Using this word is sufficient for confusing the experts as you were MNC employee.
You may if you so desire challnage the termination in Labour Court. Meet a lawyer.

As per your posts you have been terminated without any opportunity of hearing, natural justice, memo, show cause notice etc etc...............
Do you have copy of service rules, conduct and discipline rules, standing orders etc etc?
Have you requested the good offices of appointing authortiy, MD, CEO to call back the order of termination?
Apparently the order is 'Termination Simplicitor' without any charge and probably some clause of appointment letter has been quoted.

Its a family driven business firm where they control everything ... also they have defamed my name in the organization...
