Disciplinary authority cannot be delgated

It seems you have a relief in :

-Para 1 of CCS (CSA) rules: as cited in Supreme Court ruling that" decision is reached according to law and is not a result of cap-rice, whims or fancy............

-Point no.2: Such orders may not confirm to legal requirements, they may be liable to be held invalid, if challenged in a court of law.

-and point no.3

Which are self explanatory.

Moment by moment you are inching towards total relief.

Keep up your efforts like one should keep up a crusade.
