Discontinue electricity and water supply after agreement exp

I own a commercial building and I have 11 month rent agreement with a tenant which expires this month. The tenant has defaulted on electricity bill and rent for this month. Starting next month, he wont be my tenant as per the agreement. I am afraid that he won;t vacate the office.

1. Can I discontinue electricity and water supply starting next month after agreement expires?

2. Should I serve him a notice stating that the agreement expires this month and request him to vacate the office?

Disconnection of electricity and water is not advisable you can issue legal notice for vacating the office premises.
