I may wish to inform that my in petition in mumbai High Court admitted on 09 June 2009
It is pertain to promotion from Scale II to III
The Bandra Lok Adalat had given judgment in my favour by advising Bank to release promotion with all benefits retrospective effect i.e. June 2004.
But till date nothing moved , I seek following advice :-
1)How do I get my from promotion retrospective effect and cumulative
2) As my juniors have become Scale V Assistant General Manager - and I too appered but in the interview the panel asked me that you filed case against Bank how do u expect promotion now.
3) Whether seeking legal justice is crime
4) As in my case the Bank promoted to lower aggregate marks of 101 as against my aggregate marks of 148.
Sir /Madam please help me either by out of court settlment or through court so that I get mental pieasure.
