disinherting widow daughter in law

can any body disinherit his daughter in law after the death of his son.

If he is pauper then daughter in law doesn't inherit if he has any property then her mother in law and father in law inherit along with daughter in law.i.e. 1/3each share.

Dear queriest if her husband had property, then she and her inlaws have equal shares. If her father-in-law is having property then after him, with other legal heirs she will have equal right over the property.
