I completed my b.ed from a in favour of me ?niversity which was not valid from ugc. But at that time I was not aware of this fact. On that certificate I got the job of primary teacher in punjab govt in 2004. In 2006 the department cleared my probation period also.in 2013 the department is scrutinizing the certificates once again. If thete comes any problem
1. Can a employee be dismissed after 10 years of service if his cerificate is found not valid ?
2. Any supreme court cases In favour of me ?
3. Any other supportive rulings and judgements ?
