I purchased some products of worth 18904on 4december 2019 and paid through debit card and then cancelled products of worth 18425 on 9december 2019 due to delayed delivery and as per Flipkart they refunded that money on same day but I haven't received that yet after 10months and neither bank nor Flipkart is taking responsibility of it bank says we haven't received whereas Flipkart says we have already refunded and providing me different reference number for same payment in different times so if I file a case on them will it be only under consumer court or the criminal court for fraudery and which section of ipc will act under this circumstances
