I wants to Know some question:-
My grandfather has one property in which there is two shops is running & he has 5 sons. But this property is disputed
& one of the trustee has suit a case on him. & This case is running since 1977. His 2 sons My father & my Auncle (Chacha)
was sit at this shop but from last 7-8 year my auncle is not doing the shop b/w this time the 3rd son is sit at this shop.
but now he has removed from all of the property of my grandfather.
Now i wants to know does it is possible that my auncle sell or transferr this property to any outer person if my
grandfather is in his favour & What can my father do if we wants the half property.
