Disputed Seized Articles post Acquittal

Hi All, I just got acquitted from 498a and 406. During cross exam, IO gave oral deposition that opp party has not provided him any evidence regarding the ownership of the seized articles. In that scenario, can I get back the articles since they were found at my place ? If so how can I get them back ? Also can I file IPC 420 against the complainant for taking articles by cheating us ?
