Mutual settlement will be best course of action. Neither you have the absolute right, nor your sister to have only the fron't portion of the house. Both of you have equal rights, nothing more, nothing less. If no mutual agreement takes place, better get the front as well as back portion evaluated from a certified evaluator. If you want the front postion, you may have to compensate your sister. Likewise, if your sister wants front portion, she may have to compensate you appropriately. But who will get front or back portion, that all depends upon mutual consent of both of you.
