I am revising the detail again....
my father have aproperty in h.u.f(karta) in DELHI
He have one son,two daughter.all three are married.
Hiswife(my mother) is not alive now.
He want to dissolve this h.u.f and transfer this property in my name (his son)becaouse he is old now.
.Please guide my father in this matter what will be done in this matter legally with in his livimg period.

Mr.Jain,
Since the property is a joint family property and your father holds it in capacity of Karta, The Daughters (i.e your sisters have a birth right in the same) He cannot transfer the property absolutely to you, unless your sisters sign a registered relinquishment deed, giving up the interests in your favour.
