I have filed sec 9 but she filed dv sec125 24 also.by mentioning this i have taken back sec9 case.after that she filed sec9 after getting interim she taken back sec9.

IS - looks like you both are toying with RCR.
Why DV was dismissed ?If it were due to malafide allegations against you which was later proved to be false ,you can file a divorce petition on grounds of cruelty citing her own accusations in DV.
Where are you paying interim Sec 24 or 125 ? She has to forgo one over the other.She is not entitled maintenance on 2 different statutes.The one she has filed first and where interim first granted will stay.
