It takes minimum 6 months as you will need to file a joint petition and divorce will be granted at the time of second motion.

hello sir,
today i join this group. I want divorce from my wife , my story is toooooooo long to write, in short she is having extra marriatle affaire since 2000- and with 5-6 person, i m having some proof, she is totally criminal minded so, i don't know how i will be seprate from her.
