according to muslim law the girl has no rights  to talaq her husband after pronounce three times talaq.

if the girl want divorce from her husband then file a divorce petition before court under section 3, Dissolution of muslim marriage act,

feel free to call

-      A woman married under Muslim Law shall be entitled to obtain a decree for a divorce for the dissolution of her marriage on any one more of the following grounds:

-       

-Where abouts of the husband not know for a period of four years, failure to maintain wife for a period of two years, husband has been imprisoned for a period of seven years, failure to perform marital obligation for a period of three years, impotency of husband, insanity, leprosy and virulent venereal disease. 

Thank You Qureshi Sir & Chandu sir for ur replies.....lekin woh ladki ish shaadi k liye raazi nahi thi aur uske maa-baap zabardasti shaadi karwa diye hai..aur woh aadmi ish ladki baut gaali deta hai aur maarta hai....aur ab yeh ladki us ladke se talaaq chahti hai......lekin uske gharwale ushe na kahin aane jaane ka permission dete hai even if uski padhai v band karwa diye hai.........woh ladki ab kisi v halaat me us ladke k saath rehna nahi chahti hai.......aur woh ladki us ladke se koi demand nahi chahti hai excpt divorce......woh ladki usse alag ho ke apni padhai continue karna chahti hai aur apne gharwalo se v alag rehna chati hai.......She doesnot have any support from her family or anybody..

salaam qureshi sir, me muslim aadmi hu..or shariat se me apni biwi ko 3 talaak de sakta hu ...par agar woh mujhe court tak le jaye to kya me court 3 talaak de sakta hu  ...

Yes, you can give Talaaq anywhere.

 

And Muslim woman can ask for Khula or take recorse in Muslim Women Divorce Act.

Thank U Kapoor Sir.........for ur reply....lekin sir..yahan pe ladki talaaq chahti hai ladke se lekin uske support me koi nahi ..if even if uske ghar wale v nahi.......agr ladka ladki ko marta v ha toh ladki k maa-baap ulta ladki ko gaali de kar usiko galat kehte hai hai....isiliye.ladki ne talaaq lena chahti hai lekin ladka nahi dena chahta  aur usko zyada pareshan karna chahta hai...isliye usne ladki ki padhai tak chudwa di hai..........

Sir,

 

Agar aisi baat hai to ladki divorce ke liye apply kar sakti hai. Court in sab sabooto par usse divorce (khula) de degi.

Lekin ab yeh ladki kya kare......ladki us aadmi k pass wapas nahi jana chahti lekin uske Parents zabardasti bhej rahe hai..iske liye us ladki ko maare v hai aur bahut resrtiction v lagaya gya hai..........Wat would she do now???Plz Suggest something......Even if she is not allowed to go out for markets now.....Na koi cell phone to contact..nothing..TV dekhne par v they scold her.......
