Where marriage in done under Hindu Law, however husband adn wife are settled aborad since 3 yrs after marriage.. since begining there were tiffs in marriage. in 2010, wife came back to india and filed adn an application with Women Cell against husband for mental torture. however the inlaws of the girl played a trick to avoid any elimony and maintainence adn convinsed her and assured her no torture would be done. wife agreed to give a second chance to marriage and returned to austrlia.. now again there are many issues in the marriage.
