Dear Sir,
Can any women get divorce from her husband on the ground of No baby after 5 years of marriage when she is fitt for conception as per doctor.
Marriage is from Court. Intercast Love marriage.
And she can claim in her husband's property for any type of maintenance or other amount.
Please suggest.

Mr parmod your query shows there is fight between you and your wife is going on with some issue not having baby is the mere reason for this , all the facts are not clear so cant say anything or suggest anything better come with some detail true facts

yes you can file divorce on that grounds.

no court will grant divoce
only on that ground
on mere not having child within 5 years after marriae
saying that from doctor that she can canceive means in first instance only your case will be dismissed and
about share in property she has every right to claim

Denial of Sex over a long period of time is a valid ground (mental cruelty) for seeking divorce.
