Divorce

hi, already i got lot of clarification here and one more question. i have file divorce under cruelty and addtional ground desertion. suppose .we have win the case. after that we need to.maintain that lady ? what is that desertion ground? thanks

if that lady is not learning or have no sufficient learning to maintenance herself in comparison of yours then you have to pair her maintenance amount as per decided by the court till she not remarry , you can file cruelty of desertion only when if that lady had completed 2 years seperation from cohabit .

if that lady is not earning or have no sufficient source of earning to maintenance herself in comparison of yours , then you have to pay her maintenance amount as per decided by the ourt till she will not re- marry, you can file cruelty of desertion only when if that lady had completed 2years seperation from cohabit .
