i have got married in june 2010 and lived with my wife till october 2010 and found that she is mentally unstable and her family interfere in all matters and has no respect for me ,she used to abuse me and throw things on me in that period(july 2010 to october 2010) but unfortunately she got pregnant on very first night that was my fault i can say. but she went her home and i went to my work place and we lived apart for three years during that period she she deleverd my son in march 2011 and came my home direct from hospital and lived for 25 days and again gone to her parents's home after doing so many drama in front of my neighbours. she lived with my parents only in that period when she came from hospital otheriwse she never lived with them. Sir i have filed the divorce against my wife in 2012 septemebr but as she got the notice she lodge FIR for 498a against me n my whole family and humiliated and insulted me alot in front of every one. Ye shadi Dhoke k alawa kuchh nahi thi but m still suffering. i faced many session in police station and humiliated alot. i am in gov. job and thr is risk for suspension. they made pressur in police station and prepared an affidavit that i will take her home wid me and will discharge my responsibilities against her and my son.
Sir i am ready to discharge every responsibility against my son and ready to give her compensation but she is not ready to leave me and want to harass me for the whole life. she is schezophrenic and does not have any emotions regarding any thing. like social life s*x and all. i cant live wid her.
i have written on an stamp that i will take her wid me and will live wid her and try to manage everything just avoid my parents Jail n my job suspension. and they told that they will take ther 498a back but they got extended the date and did not withdraw the FIR. i also did not withdraw my divorce case as i dont want to live with that lady who is so lier and does not have any respect and any feelings for me and for my family.
but now she is not going to her parents home and living wid me i have told to go but she is not going and the next date of my divorce case is in jan 2014. what should i do for sending her.
she making drama every day at my home and her father keeps coming aid new excuses
what should i do to send her ..
pls help me i m ready to fight a long case as i dont want to live wid her in any condition.
