Divorce and property

Hi,

my parents are looking for dissolving their marriage.

my mother is working .

property is on grandmothers name.

if the marriage is dissolved will she get her share and wt about my share in the ancestoral property?

The property in the name of the grandmother is not your ancestral property, so there is no question of you or your wife having any share in it during the lifetime of your grandmother.

I am asking that if my fathers file for a divorce , does my mother and me have any share in the property that is in my grandmother s name.
