i am divorced by mutual concent about one week ago , after what time i can remarry ?

i can marry immediately ????

can i register marriage in court one day after the divorce ?

becouse some advocates in this forum tells to oregister after 30 days , some tells 90 days , and some tells for one year .

please help me

You can. Divorce by mutual consent does not require 30days appeal time since no appeal could be foreseen. Marry any time you wish and in any legal manner.

Dear Dhron as per you information you got MCD decree, no need to wait you can re-marry again any time as per you. there is no legal point to wait. if the divorce is Mutual, appeal is not lies there. feel free to call

you can marry at any time , if you get married and if the decree is is set aside subsequetly though it may not be possible in MCD , your second marriage will be perfectly legal !
