I got married on may 2013..all things went smoothly initially..after our honeymoon .i came back to my working place after 2 week of my marriage..
Opinion: Only 3 months of marriage but revealed the hardest truth of your marriage as this was your second hand honeymoon.

After that i noticed my wife(doctor) odd behaviour including hardly talk on phone,not used to talk frequently even 2 0r 3 days gap..when i asked her about this then she just avoided..then i enquired from other ppl then i came to know about her that she is involved with one of her collegue(also doctor)..she had affair before marriage with that guy and continued her relation including physical with that guy even after marriage with me..
Opinion: How she will talk man,she has no more time for you...bcz she is booked for her paramour. And that paramour has fully utilized her. Your in laws are in this skin business. Don't worry man In India 75% wife have already experienced their s*xual pleasure prior to marriage,so your wife is in common list now.

when i told about her to her parents they didnt respond properly..infact they accepted that they were fully aware about her relation with that guy before and after marriage also.I asked her about the future of our relation but she didnt respond me at all..Later i came to know that she has plan to keep me linger on till her 2 years remaining studies will be over..she is a doctor..
Opinion: Just Leave her to go with her paramour and shoot all illicit relationships via,phone call,meetings,surfing,bookings in hotels,Take informations from the Paramour's neighbour, form her workplace,her study centres.
In other way I will suggest you to make a c grade movie on your wife,who is heroine and her lover is hero......You know na What I want to say.

Opinion : ADULTERY- PRE & POST MARRIAGE,(FRAUD,TURST OF BREACH--PRIOR TO MARRIAGE),CRUELITY -POST MARRIAGE
2.What all charges if any i can level against the girl's parents,girls and if any against that guy?
Opinion: Same as Above--adultery,fraud,breach of trust,intention of concipiracy and criminal attempt etc.
Perjury and defamation after her wrong cases under oath.
3.Whats are the criteria for mutual and contested divorce?
Opinion: Read LCI Forums post for past 1-3 months.
4.In my case how should i procced for divorce as there is rare possibility that she will give her consent?
Opinion: Already cleared in above points.
5.Normally how much time will take for mutual and contested divorce?
Opinion: MCD = 9months to complete 1 yr. + 6 months (for MCD) = 15 months from now,as your marriage only three months old.
Contested = If you will come to know exact date and time then plz inform me.(even I also wanted to know the same)
6.Can I level charges if any against girl parents and girl for betraying me and my family..?

If not then apply your mind,read legal remedies, and act as suggested above....
