ot married in July 2009 after my marriage my husband starts harassment me physically and mentally after lots of tries situation not changed. One day in Oct 2009 he hit me physically and came back to my home after that I never go there (Stay at my IN- laws home is only for 3 month). In March 2011 I fill a petition for divorce on the ground of cruelty. But till date there is no justice given by court. I required only divorce not any financial help. I wants to resettle my life as soon as possible. Is there is a way that I can do marriage again. Is there is any act for special; provision for remarriage . |

Donno why you users come here with like, boy comes with girl name, girl comes with boy name :-))
In family court you wont get, what you get is divorce, alimony, custody, warrant issue, etc.
If your husband has not turned up since March 2011, they you can ask for exparte orders for divorce.
Obtain divorce, apply for divorce decree, be merry !

At wat stage is ur divorce case?
Any MCD in sight, why he is resisting such a no-maint divorce??
