I got married in 2005 and have a daughter who is 6 yrs old who stays with her mother.
I applied for divorce in 2011 and it is still pending in court.
I have sold my flat and given her 2 parts of it as per the consellers decision in court.
I am ready to pay for the childs expense...but my wife does not show up on the date, she says she wants to worry me.
She used to earn alot of money and she worked in Dubai. She left her job about 2 yrs back and now is in India...I am not sure if she is working here.
She wants more money....I do not have that much money.i stay in a rented flat and do not own anything....i do not know what to do. She does not show up to the court, she does not come twice consecutively and the 3rd time she comes and then again does not come for the next two dates and so on. What should I do,I am really frustrated and tired of her torturing me mentally.
