Respected Members, Is there any codified law of Parliament which governed the divorce between two Non-Hindu Schedule Tribe???

1. Ref. Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950 as amended by Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Order (Amendment) Acts 63 of 1956, 108 of 1976, 18 of 1987 and 15 of 1990,

Ref.: Dr. Surrajmani Stellee Kujur v. Durga Charan Hansdah [AIR 2001 SC 938]
 

2. As per Ss. 2 (2) of HMA, the Marriage between the members of Scheduled Tribes are not governed by the Hindu Marriage Act in the light of Ss 2 (2) HMA.

3. ST marriage are governed only by their Customs and usage under Customary Laws.

4. If some Civil Matrimonial Mutual Consent read with some Criminal Matrimonial cases pending between parties then you can ask us how to go about it and in such absence first and second para stands valid answer to your primary query.
