Divorce options for the couple who never lived together

	Hi, I am here to get some help for my sister. She got married to her boyfriend when she was 24. Take mutual divorce.  Thats the only fastest option, it be granted within 6 months. 1 year should be completed for marriage in order to seek divorce.  If guy does not agree fight and take divorce via contested divorce.

Since marriage , where is she living? If it is rented is the contract in her name?

Is there any spending that involves both being together? Such as honeymoon, vacation and parties?

Where , how did the marriage happen? Is there any photo, witness or marriage certificate to prove it?

Does he have any criminal charges against him in local police station since marraige?. Rowdy as defined by IPC or is it beacuse he doesn't live by norms set by your standards?

Is marriage consumatted? (may be moot as a boyfriend they may had physical relationship before marriage).

If answer to any or all question is negative, then walk out and live the course and see what happens next.

Did he made any effort to stay together?

It may be that your family want her out of this relationship as you see it is futile for her to continue.
