Divorce petition

I have filed a divorce petition against my wife first hearing is on 5th December my query is can she view the petition? Notice is already served to her father's house. I'm confident after viewing the petition shee will agree for mcd

Viewing there petition?!? Of course she can . The summons shall be accompanied with w copy of the same . That is how she will be able to file a reply on the next date
