my cousin apply for mutual divorse from his husband. whem i check it in the wensite about the case it sgown as for filing w/s. just confirm me what is filing w/s and one more thing for divorce it is necessary to bring the priest to the court ot marriage certificate is enouch for divorese.
WS means ur cousin's husband has to his written reply to ur cousin's petition but in mutual divorce both husband and wife file petition jointly , so i might have not verified properly
