Divorce seek on cruelty but the plaint is weak

Divorce filed at the place where lawyers were not allowed, so plaint is weak but the evidences are strong an d most of them are those which filed by my wife.   False cases and complaint filed by my wife after filing of divorce, does amounts to cruelty. Request to all the members to send if any such/ similar judgement held. Case is at final arguement stage and going on day today basis hence treat URGENT.
