Divorce Suit by father

Father has filed a divorce suit as authorised agent of son and written in the petition by the pen of his son. Is the suit legally valid ? Can it be done by a father with powernama from his son?

YOu mean to say that the petition was prepared and signed by the father instead of son.

If the son has signed the petition and just father is submitting the same in the court then that is ok,otherwise it is to be objected and brought to the notice of jude.
