Divorce transfer petitions in favour of men ? urgent.

I HAVE FILED A DIVORCE CASE IN THE SESSION COURT. AGAINST THAT MY WIFE HAS PUT TRANSFER PETITION IN THE HIGH COURT TO TRANSFER MY DIVORCE CASE TO HER CITY. 

1. CAN ANYBODY PROVIDE ME THE JUDGEMENT COPY OF ANINDITA DAS VS SRIJIT DAS 197 OF 2005 SUPREMENT COURT CASE OF TRANSFER PETITION. OR SIMILAR JUDMENTS ?

2. MY CHILD IS SUFFERING FROM CHRONIC DISEASE. I AM ALONE. HE IS IN MY CUSTODY. NO BODY OTHER IS THERE TO TAKE CARE OF HIM ?        SIMILAR JUDEMENTS ?

3. MY WIFE IS GOVT EMPLOYEE . EARNS 36000RS PER MONTH.  SIMILAR JUDMENTS?

4. ANY PROFESSIONAL AGENCY WHO MAY SEND SUCH COPIES ?

where was marriage taken place? where did you last live together? These two are very important for getting back your case to sessions court. Along with that plea stating disease condition of the child should be made aware to the HC. Thirdly, you can claim alimony from your govt employed wife, if you are working in private organisation.
