Hi i am based from TN want to file for Divorce u/s 13B with these points
1. i have been living separately from my husband for last 5 years. Now want to file for divorce u 13B while separately filed divorce cases are still pending before Family court
2. i have no children out of this marriage
3. i need permanent alimony
4. i need my belongings back and also ready to return his belongings if i possess any
Experts please advice and send me a format of 13B with these clauses. Thanks
