Please clarify your query.

You have not stated at which city, village and/or State your shed is. What is the shed used for? How exactly does it inconvenience your neighbours. Municipalities have certain powers under the Municipal Act. I do not know about panchayats. But whether it is legal or illegal you can settle the matter only in a court of law. If it is not too late get a temporary injunction and then fight in the court.

the shed  comprises of iron shed and iron pipes and it is located in a village .the neighbour complains that it blocks the foothpath.sice the shop is at the corner the foothpath goes no where.the shed also does not come on the road widening area and regarding my neighbour he have also put a similar shed infront of his shop.he also enjoys a 3 metre road .from my prospective he is only jealous of the success of my bussiness.

If your neighbour also has put up a shed how can he complain? You can ask the Panchayat to demolish his shed also. I do not know whether there is any other forum than a court for remedy.

I have also replied your PM.
