Hi,
I am married to a girl for 3.5 yrs now. The girl stayed with her parents and I stayed with my parents for all these yrs as I had my sister to get married. We both wanted to get married with our parents wish again and did not want to disclose abt this marriage. We got married only because if her parents forced her for marriage we taught of telling them that we are already married. Now both her parents and my parents came to know abt our marriage. My parents are fine with it but her parents have changed her mind and she is not speaking to me and is asking for divorce. I love her very much and want to be with her. I do not want to get divorced. We both work in the same organization and we meet daily. She used to come to my place and I used to go to her palce regularly. We were in to physical relationship as well but its been 10 months now that we did not get physical.
I want to know
1. Can she get a divorce if I am not willing to give her divorce ( as we were not staying together)
2. If I file a RCR, can she file a 498a to counter it and if she does what would be the consequences.
3. On what basis she can file for a divorce.
4. Can she go abroad for further studies or onsite from office while the case is pending ( Divorce case or 498 or RCR )
