Considering the increased court litigations on wills and gifts without any Legislation on the subjects, there isa requirement to have a seperate legislations on Wills and Gifts. What does the members think of this issues? Or is there any specefic Legislation Governing Wills and gifts in India?

Well it is not required as teh draftmens who are drafting will and gift deed are not through with their knowledge and the litigation is due to careless ness of drafatmen. I am sorry if I hurt your view.
