Dear sir/Madam,
My wife is a lawyer. she is plan to file divorce case against me. I convinienced many times to join my matrimonial life. but she is not accept that. we are married before 2 years.
Kindly advice me what are the list of documents/ records i have to take precaution before i get the divorce notice,

You do not have to obtain any documents. What is the reason that she is trying to file a divorce case against you?, dowry demands or cruelty/harassment?domestic violence? Have you received notice?, What are the evidences you think you have/possess to challenge her allegations ? If you feel that the evidences in your possession may be of any great value, you may secure them.
