Dear lawyers,
What are the documents/proofs required for explaining expenses in maintenance case ?
She left in 4 months n now asking for hefty maintenance. I'm left with very little money after following:
1. I have home loan: do I have to submit online account statement print out or I have to get it stamped from bank ? Last 6 months is OK or need 1year?
2. my parents huge medical expenses: prescripttion n medical store bill photocopies are accepted or need original? How many months is needed? Last 6 months ?
3. Credit card bills accepted or not ?
4. Travels to native, no bills, is it accepted or not ?
5. Grocessaries n daily needs, no bills, accepted or not ?
6. Can I show annual expenses ammortised to month ? Like Lic policies, taxes, municipal bills ?
With all this actually left out is only 7000 rs. She's asking for 30000 rs. She's not ready for mutual consent.
I don't have her educational proofs ( she left within 4 months, no gifts/dowry)
Will court consider my unbilled expenses or not ?
