Family court ordered interim maintenance. Shall I file Review Petition to review the court order being the order do not disclose the reson why interim shoul be paid to wife by husband.
Technically does Review Petition is valid or not in the same court that passed the order.
Recently in news, the case Ruchika Girhotra Vs Former DGP Haryana, it is said that accused side lawyer, his wife, filed Review Petition in the Sessions Court on that court judgement.
Does Review petition is valid on trial court Judgement? or is it valid only on Appeal judgements?
