from 2 yrs a husband is not caring for wife and daughter and she dont have any information where is he but father in law is having business in partnership but he also not bother to care for daughter in law and child can muslim wife get maintenance and other right from father in law under domestic violence act,2005 is any citation for this

She can claim maintenance only from husband but may claim other reliefs provided in DV Act from inlaws.
