I think u r sister has done wrong, she may be fail in trouble so you are requested to consult local lawyer immediately.

Conceal of facts. Consider this. Your sisters second marriage will be null and void that is her second marriage will not be considered lawfull. You should have completed properly with her first marriage in order to get her done for the second course. If you feel that there is chance of FIR getting filed in her name then make her take anticipatory bail. Else if you come to know that FIR has already been done then surrender her in front of the Ld. Court and apprehend arrest over bail petition. Competent advocate will guide you in proper. You people take law for a joy ride.  Thats for sure.
