i am seeing many posts where people asking whether if it safe to buy panchayat approved land especially in TAMLNADU.
point to note-
1. do not buy panchayat approved land
2. panchayat approval are next to nothing
3. recent high court direction passed states that unapproved land will NOT be registered and panchayat approval will fit in this category.
unless , it is a CMDA OR DTCP,please STAY AWAY FROM PANCHAYAT LAND=
this is my humble request and never waste your hard earned money on it....
