Double registration, stop construction,we get injunction?

corporate companies occupied number of plots in a layout with double registration deeds by developers, plot owners living in abroad and some other cities, corporate companies started construction, plot owners trying to file declaration of title with injunction, which injunction possible to stop their construction immediate, without giving notices to corporate companies?? please give your valuable suggestions to get immediate injunction in this case.
