Hi experts is it possible that during the trial of dowry case divorce case can be filled and by any chance divorce will be granted on the grounds of cruelty and desertion to husband if proved cruelty. And husband can do marriage and dowry case is still going on or till the time case runs in the court no one is allow to marry ?
