I am Atul, had been working in company named Elettromeccanica India Pvt limited, Jammu since April 2010 as a Sr. Manager. In 2017 the company was shutdown and I was said to resign within three months. So finally I resigned in Sep 2017, but my last 2 months Salary, Gratuity, due LTA, Mediclaim was said to given soon and not a single penny was given till now. Elettromeccanica India Pvt Ltd, Jammu is joined venture of Elettromeccanica Colombo, Italy and Sharika Enterprises Pvt Ltd, New Delhi. Corporate office of the sa
me is in NOIDA, U.P. Now neither in Delhi office nor in Jammu Plant anybody sits. All Directors, CEO sit at NOIDA office. So many mails I have sent to them for my dues and even legal notice has been sent, but nothing reply came.
Kindly suggest what and how could I get my all dues.
Since the legal notice issued you can proceed filing complaint in labour court.
