Dear Alok, unless you give us the brief of the facts of the case, it will be like a blind man trying to catch a sparrow to help you win your case in DV & 125 CrPc.

there is a residence which has 7 legal right holder one of them is woman (who is widow of one of the legal right holder). the woman is staying at that residence with her second son and his wife..the woman above is suffering from major depression and parkinson and 60 yrs old..the residence was demolished to devlop and they are transferred to the temparary residence...the thing is the above three are not listed in 1995 voter's list ..so in the development the women's elder son's name was given who is not residing there..now the elder son wants to sell the flat and not giving the new residence keys to the woman, she is now mentally disturbed already and now the condition is worst...can the son file the case under DV Act, 2005 under section 17 of share houshold

she also can claim maintenance u/s 125 of crpc.
tell her to complain local thana or mahila thana. they have the power to order relief to the woman.
