DV Case after 2years No Domestic Relation

We all are Foreign Citizens and my ex wife lodged case against my family in India for DV for events happened 5 years back during time of marriage we came to india on indian visa ..to get married and at present have no domestic relationship with her as was divorced 2.5yrs back .. My parents stay with girl after mRriage was 4 days and have never shared anything sinxe than .The case is in lower court Please help and advise
